Hello Friends,

Over the weekend I was talking to my new friend Janet Chadwick on skype. Remember her, she is the one who just got me airtime? [read that post here]

One of the things she challenged me on was why I didn’t have a wishlist. What I said to her was that ironically, even though I am the No Money Guy, asking for help is hard for me. But, I have a goal that I set with my coach Mandi Wyngaard, and that is to have all my basic needs met for 3 months by the end of September!

Now, in order for me to reach that goal 2 things need to happen.

1. I need to be more valuable to more people. For this I am in the process of setting up blogs, fan pages and twitter accounts for each of my services. I need to run like a business, just a bit different from most
2. People need to know what I need. Seems simple right? But it is a whole year and 4 months into this experiment and the first time I am putting out a wish list!

Anyway, enough story…here is the list:

NEEDS

These are the things that I can’t live without! I would be very open to negotiate on these items and come to an agreement that works for you.
For each we could do a trade, you could buy it for me in exchange for one of my services or we could talk sponsorship.

At the moment I am going to the government clinic to collect my medication, this is far from ideal. What I would love is a sponsorship from Discovery, from what I have heard that is the best medical aid in the country!

Mini Makeover for my room
I want to do a make over of my room at my parents house so that they can make money out of it after I leave. This is long overdue, the room is the same as it was when I was a kid!
I am looking for a bed, cupboard, shelving, carpets, blinds, painting…the whole nine yards
Maxi Makeover for my parents whole house
This is something that is very important to me. My parents have supported me more than most kids need supporting. After I had my breakdown almost 10 years ago they took me in and said ‘Take as long as you need to get back on your feet.’ Trouble is I am still here. I can see how my being here as impacted on their financial situation so I would like to use my way of life to support them as well as me.
This will be a big project and basically everything that could be done to improve a house I would like to do. I have asked my parents to give me a wishlist which I will post soon too.
